In order to create awareness and to spread the word on holistic lifestyle we are organising a 7 day residential course on “Vaidika Yoga” This Course will mainly focus on teaching the basics of Hath Yoga, Introduction to Vedas, Chanting and its importance in our day to day life, Nutrition and Physiology. The Course will be conducted by certified teachers and experts from the respective fields and will be beneficial to any person with even the slightest inclination to know about Yoga and Vaidika Culture and its significance in our lives

Participants will be provided accommodation at the Ashram and will have to follow a simple ashram lifestyle which will include Satvik Bhojan during the course period.

Course Fees
Dormitory Accommodation: Rs 12,000/-
Single Accommodation: Rs 22,000/-
Twin Sharing Accommodation: Rs 16,000/-

Separate accommodation for men and women will be provided

Course Guidelines

1.  A good degree of self-motivation and desire to learn yoga postures and openness to the teachings of Yoga is required.
2. Participants are expected to wear comfortable clothes (please avoid leggings, tight and sleeveless clothes)
3.  Non Vegetarian food, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity is strictly prohibited during the course duration
4.  It may not be possible to cater to personal dietary preferences beyond the yogic vegetarian meals
5.  Participants should carry the following mandatorily:
a)  Yoga Mat,
b)  Torch light,
c)  Sandals or slippers for indoors,
d)  Towels & Toiletries,
e)  Reusable water bottles (disposable plastic and bottles are not allowed)
6.  Note Book, Pen and Chanting material will be provided
7.  All participants are expected to report at the Ashram by 5 PM, 26th August 2018
